On 23rd October 2008 FFEI proudly held the official opening of its new facility, Graphics House, in Hemel Hempstead UK. The opening ceremony signified the completion of a 9 month, £2.1m investment to create a highly advanced infrastructure for FFEI’s rapidly growing businesses. FEI were honoured to have the Lord Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, Countess of Verulam, come and officially open Graphics House, our new 66,000sqft HQ and technology centre in Hemel Hempstead. As the Queen’s representative of Hertfordshire, Lady Verulam takes an interest in the industrial health of the county and selected FFEI as an encouraging example of success since the Buncefield oil depot explosion in 2005. The 3rd anniversary on the 11 December 2008 authenticates the progress FFEI has made in a short time, and we were highly commended for our role in supporting the regeneration of the area.
